The registraion fee for general attendee is as follows :

Invited Speakers : 30,000 JPY
Regular Registration : 40,000 JPY
Late Registration : 60,000 JPY
OIST attendee: Free

The participation of students is strongly encouraged.
The fee for students is

Student's Regular Registration : 10,000 JPY
Student's Late Regstration: 20,000 JPY.

The fee includes admission to "all technical sessions",and "proceedings", and it does not include the banquet fee.

Banquet fee is optional, and we strongly recommend all of you to join the banquet, too, for establishing close relation with other scientists and engineers.

Banquet Fee : 3,000 JPY per person

The excursion program will be prepared by the travel agency (JTB). The tour plans to visit the world's 2nd biggest aquarium,Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium, and a world heritage Shurijo Castle.

Excursion Fee : 12,600 JPY per person
(including Bus, English guide, Entrance fees and Lunch)

All cancellations must be in writing and mailed or faxed by June 15, 2015 to Chair Chiko Otani. Then, we can refund only 80 % of the prepaid registration and banquet fees after the symposium. There will be no refund for cancellations made later than June 15, 2015.
